MrsFlatpack and MrFlatpack are trading names of Belvoir Associates Ltd who are a UK based manufacturer that has been supplying retailers across Europe with modern designed Flatpack furniture for over 24 years. through our website we are able to offer you access to some of these items. Every effort is made to ensure that the goods are as described in our adverts, but the colour reproduction in photographs on the web may not be perfect. We reserve the right to make small product changes.

Product Quality Guarantee

If you experience any problem with a product we have a help line, 01572 755110, to assist you, if your problem involves a damaged or faulty component we will in the first instance send you a spare part. If the damage or fault was not able to be fixed we will arrange a collection and refund subject to inspection and agreement by our Quality Department as to the cause. You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery, under those circumstances the costs of collection and the original delivery costs will be at the buyers expense. All returned goods must be in the original flatpack format and packing. Your statutory rights are not effected by these terms.

Once you have ordered on our website we will confirm the order by E Mail, it is upon the sending of that E Mail that we confirm a contract exists to supply. We do not offer delivery deliveries offshore, and charge a premium for areas North of Glasgow. The goods will not pass to the buyer until paid for in full, the goods should not be sold to a third party until they have been paid for in full.

Factory holidays
Please note that the Mrsflatpack and Mrflatpack factory is CLOSED for the Christmas holidays, any delivery promises do not include that period. If you order in the week prior Christmas it may take us until the 3rd week of January to deliver, if your order is needed urgently please contact us prior to ordering

Delivery times

Your order will normally be delivered within 4 weeks from payment being cleared (Scotland and more remote areas may take a little longer). It will be delivered direct from our factory by van. The driver will contact you prior to advise a date and approx time.

Courier arrangements

If your MrsFlatpack or MrFlatpack order is sent by a national courier service and you are out when courier calls they will leave a card - Please read this card for full instructions on how to get your parcel. The courier will only attempt delivery twice before an extra charge is applied. We will forward all tracking emails from the courier to you. Be aware that certain places may not have a letterbox hence a card cannot be left or it may be left in a shared area. If you have not had your delivery within 48 hours of our advice of dispatch please contact us by email. - sales@mrsflatpack.co.uk

Contact telephone numbers

You must supply MrsFlatpack or MrFlatpack a contact number with payment in case of advise a delivery date or any difficulties. This must be added to all forms of payments including cheques.

In the case of any goods arriving that have any sign of external damage it is important that you record this on the drivers paperwork, please also email us with details. Please open the cartons within 24 hours of receipt and check the contents and advise by E Mail of any damage. All damage must be reported within these time limits.
If you have any problems with or complaints about the delivery company please contact us and we will investigate.
- It is the customers responsibility to carry goods into your house.
These goods are usually large therefore we always recommend you have someone to help. If your delivery is by a small van, the driver may be prepared to assist, but we can take no responsibility for that arrangement.

Please check that the product labels indicate the goods you have ordered before you start assembly, do not assemble if you are unsure.
If the problem relates to a shortage, damaged or faulty component we reserve the right to solve your problem with a spare part. All returns must be packed in the original packing. If you believe you have any problem with a panel during assembly please send us a picture and we will provide a replacement panel.
If your item is not as described overall, (this would not be the case where we can rectify the situation with spare parts) then we will arrange a collection at no cost to yourself and refund the cost of the product and any carriage and packing cost.


Please note that MrsFlatpack and MrFlatpack are trading names of a Belvoir associates Ltd. and our system is only manned Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and we are not available during holiday periods. Any delivery promises exclude holidays and weekends, the factory is closed from the 23rd December to the 2nd January.

To enable MrsFlatpack and MrFlatpack to deal with any query speedily please supply us with your name, town and contact number, item name and the part letter or number from the assembly instructions. If your product does not arrive as promised then we will happily investigate and rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Change of mind

You have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after the goods are delivered. If you wish to return the goods we can provide you with a quote for returning them, please ask for a quote. We can not issue a full refund for goods where assembly has been attempted, however we are prepared to take the goods back if assembly has been attempted or completed, however we can only issue a refund for the balance of the value after allowing for the diminished value as a result of assembly. Under these circumstances it is more beneficial to make a decision before opening the cartons, or starting assembly as once assembled the product has little value as a second hand item.

If you make payment by credit card your card will be debited at the point of ordering, we do not retain details of your credit or debit cards.
Please note we do not offer a return facility for products that have been assembled or part assembled, we can also not collect assembled products.
