The following are some of the key points from our terms and conditions.
Every effort is made to ensure that the goods are as described in our adverts, but the colour reproduction in photographs on the web may not be perfect. We reserve the right to make small product changes.
In the case of any goods arriving that have any sign of external damage it is important that you record this on the drivers paperwork, please also E Mail us with details. Please open the cartons within 24 hours of receipt and check the contents and advise by E Mail of any damage. All damage must be reported within these time limits.
Product Quality Guarantee
If you experience any problem with a product we have a help line, 01572 755110, to assist you, if your problem involves a damaged or faulty component we will in the first instance send you a spare part. If the damage or fault was not able to be fixed we will arrange a collection and refund subject to inspection and agreement by our Quality Department as to the cause. You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of delivery, under those circumstances the costs of collection and the original delivery costs will be at the buyers expense. All returned goods must be in the original flatpack format and packing. Your statutory rights are not effected by these terms.
Once you have ordered on our website we will confirm the order by E Mail, it is upon the sending of that E Mail that we confirm a contract exists to supply. We do not offer delivery deliveries offshore, and charge a premium for areas North of Glasgow. The goods will not pass to the buyer until paid for in full, the goods should not be sold to a third party until they have been paid for in full.
